Your Mission:
As a Social Media Manager, your primary responsibility will be to craft and execute comprehensive social media strategies that drive awareness and engagement for Amazon's products and services. You will work closely with the marketing department, product teams, and external stakeholders to create compelling content that resonates with our customers and enhances our brand story.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative social media campaigns from concept to execution, raising brand awareness and fostering customer engagement.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns, and adjust strategies based on insights and feedback.
- Collaborate with creative teams to create eye-catching graphics, videos, and written content that resonate with our audience.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster community discussions on our platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our social media strategy evolving.
- Research competitors and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and threats relevant to our brand.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on performance, insights, and upcoming strategies to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and audience growth across various platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience with social media analytics and management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, adapting approaches to different audiences and platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, trends, and algorithms.
